My Mum and I have been coming to Port Moody Laundry for many years, as the washers, dryers, sitting areas and tables for folding your clean/dry laundry on is always clean; as is the whole laundry mat. It’s always well organized. The previous owners are friends of ours (Sylvie and Thomas) and the new owners are fantastic young gentlemen who upon our return visit, we first met Abdullah he introduced himself to my Mum and I.

I filled out the form on the website to inquire about the services and got an immediate callback. Headed down to wash a large quilt and the Staff there were super friendly and helpful. I watched them interact with other customers and they were friendly and helpful acknowledging everyone who came in.

Very very clean. I was really impressed by how clean the place was. The washing process is also super seamless. The owner is very very helpful. They also came highly recommended by Labada a drop off laundromat. My washer breaking gave me the opportunity to meet this young but great business, and it was quite heartwarming to see a humble, hardworking, fashion-forward and resourceful young immigrant man. I wish them much success!

The new managers have been great. The facility is clean and the pricing is fair. I love that we can pay by card now. It costs $1 more to use card but it’s so much more convenient than having to make an extra stop by a bank or atm just to do laundry. So happy with that change. In and out in 25 minutes if you don't need to use the dryer.

Great service, great prices and clean facilities. Polite staff, fast and user friendly machines, this place is a life saver while our washing machine is waiting for a part to be fixed.
